你这么干一点好处都没有,别老是违反既定条约。
历史上英国因国力衰退,不得不放弃海军军备竞赛,并且严格恪守条约,避免他国借此突破限制,防止拖垮自身经济。目前你在年表中对经济发展未有建树,殖民地也脱离管辖,经济相对史实进一步削弱,你拿什么发展海军呢,尤其是在空军军费必然大幅度增加的情况下。
英联邦作为华盛顿条约签字国,其总吨位是一定的,你单方面弄个西敏寺法案,未经参与玩家投票表决,只能是自说自话,还没听说吨位能转来转去的。如果你认为英国吨位不足,可以提出修约,这个是允许的,但单方面违约就说不过去了。

对啊,“英联邦作为华盛顿条约签字国,其总吨位是一定的”,等于英国160万吨+澳大利亚20万吨+印度20万吨,你到底要对这个说什么?印度和澳大利亚都是按照架空者本人的意见签字加入英联邦总吨位的,在哪违反的既定条约?而且英联邦不同于其他国家联合组织,加拿大和南非的吨位就是从英国匀过去的,怎么能说没有先例?

西敏寺法案可是延续了英国整整三代内阁的既定国策,113时代就有的东西,那时你怎么不说话,现在都足足执行了两代你再来说不觉得晚吗?而且我可没强逼着澳大利亚和印度去签,怎么能说是单方面的?英联邦内部的事情为什么要由英联邦外的玩家投票,我还真就不理解了,这个和条约一样,难道你和女王签个条约也要我同意?

在史实位面英国的有几个殖民地都是赔钱的,比如印度,伊朗,现在踢出去了,经济状况自然最少不会更差,而且加拿大也可以分担一部分费用,保持一支比史实强一些的舰队自然没有问题。

英国绝对不可以把殖民地“踢出去”

换个方法统治使之不再赔英国的钱即可。英联邦应该效仿经互会似的模式

你误解了我“踢出去”的概念,在历史上,印度和伊朗由于起义和罢工不断,严重影响的生产力,而且需要大量支出来维持治安,而在本位面,两地都独立出去了,不由英国直接管辖了,支出消失了,但仍然是英联邦的组成部分。
