For example, if one is interested in what Australian ships were part of the Grand Fleet there is no guidance from the index and one is obliged to search through the main text – a serious task. 好吧内容是一样的，但就我所知Allied的内页是这样的，外页也和pdf里不一样 想必是同一本书，一个是美国海军学会版，一本是大西洋那边的英国简氏版。
