【民船设计】--- 北极号电子科考船

   1929年，在得到法国的大力帮助下，基于国民经济的发展，民用船只开始有了起色。
民间团体要求国家发展民用科考船只，北极号在这样的大背景下完工。上面装有法国和美国的最新式的科考电子设备。
