1. 那是否可以认为表面硬化装甲的作用是为了挡住穿孔,如挡不住的话,在贯穿的过程中,是不会过分消耗来弹的动能的?

Scaling effects, common in physics and engineering, refer to disproportionate and sometimes non-linear effects that result from changing the size of an object or group of objects. Assume for example that a slim column is just capable of holding up a cube of dense material. If the cube were one meter on a side, and the material weighed 1000kg per cube meter, then the weight of the cube would be 1000kg. If the column were 0.1m on a side, it's area would be 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.01m2, and the loading on the column would be equal to 1000/0.01 = 100,000kg/m2. One might assume that if everything were merely doubled in size, nothing would change, but this is not the case. The new column would be 0.2 meters on a side and would have an area of 0.2 x 0.2 =0.04m2, but the new cube would be 2 meters on a side with a volumn of 8 cubic meters, and a weight of 8000kg. The new loading on the column woudl be equal to 8000/0.04 = 200,000kg/m2, and the column would promptly collapse.The inability to scale water correctly is one of the reasons ship models sometimes look unconvincing in the movies. |
