水下1米厚的隔舱，也就是双层底延伸，防雷装甲没什么用，省些重量干别的吧，30节有点慢，30年后最好高于30节

既然智利已经使用了日本的155mm巡洋舰舰炮，最好沿用，否则将影响后勤。要不旧将日本炮统一换成英国炮
