“民权”级
1930年经过3个5年计划，民主中国已经拥有了一套完整的工业，为了替换其海军在1910年代获得的四艘“民主”级战列舰（8门12英寸主炮旧式无畏舰），雄心勃勃的中国海军打算兴建一级新式战列舰，以与列强近期装备的战舰像抗衡，从而有效地维护中国海疆。

需要防护的区域...那么，这个防护是广义的防护，还是指主装甲带？

如果是前者，那任何有首尾水线装甲的都算是近乎100%了...

这个防护区域是SPS根据舰体长度确定的，也就是能够把弹药库、动力舱、绘图室等关键舱室包括在内的长度。

但军舰防护，弹药库动力舱等关键舱室，都是在主装甲区内的，而就算是最全面防护俾斯麦级，也就占水线长度之70%，重点防护更要低很多。

这个100%就是指需要防护的区域。
我全舰长250米，装甲带长162米，你不看清楚么？
主装甲带我已经在图中画出来了
