“发渴！拿了我那么多钱，你们就搞出这么个雷达不像雷达、测距仪不像测距仪的东西？”望着曙光号德意志风司令塔顶端那个看上去好像就是由蔡司光学观瞄器材与初代雷达强行组合而成的所谓“世界上第一座雷达测距/射击控制装置”，南洋总统对着技术少将大发雷霆，心中内牛满面。哎，只好等巴掌的德国或者GO的法国有了新的研究成果再换掉好了……总统默默安慰自己，同时为南洋自行设计建造的第一级准主力舰默哀三分钟。“给我联系联合舰队司令官，我要去跟他探讨下未来海军的发展……”头也不回地离开，心中默念，武藤君，莫要让我失望啊……

南洋自行设计建造的第一级装甲巡洋舰，表面以9寸面目完工，实际上却偷偷安装了德国新11寸炮的先行生产型，高速重甲强火力的设计虽然足以傲视列强巡洋舰，但可惜的是巡洋舰毕竟不能当战列舰用……
