无聊架空--非华约迷你重炮巡洋舰

洗甲板工

一直都有讨论如果没有华盛顿条约巡洋舰会变成什么样子。我认为基于经济二级战舰不会一下子变成大巡装巡，但会像德2装甲舰小舰杠大炮。

对于本架空，我把背景设定为荷兰为保护东印度群岛，对抗日本建的近海防御巡洋舰。因为经济理由标排小于13000吨。跟装甲舰一样我用了11寸主炮，把主机改成涡轮航速增加到30节以上（反正没有需要超长续航破交），装甲堆了 130mm (弹药库150mm)内倾10度，甲板 55mm (弹药库65mm），可以防6寸主炮。
