米国人的研究，标3万吨，6.7万吨，可以达到27节，不过这是完美状态，这个工艺估计需要核潜艇艇壳的水平。
在那个年代标3万吨，想要25节，我估计要7万，不过船型设计必须是1914年世界最高水平。火力也不可能是12门356MM，或者要火力，防护很烂。

还有英国佬的设计师在任何外贸主力舰他们的手下防护都只有8英寸，而且英国佬的船都偏小，不利于将来改造，美国的航速到30年代才解决，

错了吧，14年只有德国有硬化弹头，那正是德式装备无敌的年代。一战后的长期空白才是二战时期德国落后的原因。
